I couldn't believe how noisy it was! We had this annoying engine sound going all night, making it impossible to sleep. I barely managed to get comfortable by curling up at the other end of the bed. Total nightmare!

We really enjoyed the hotel - it met requests. The place was clean, modern rooms. The atmosphere created was family! The restaurant was nice for dinner, we ordered amazing dishes. It also had a modern bathroom and great beds - all for a really nice stay.

the room was newly decorated and modern, included with toaster and better space. the service was very good, including a fine check-in.

the staff were friendly, and I appreciated the help with my luggage. parking was easy, and the food was delicious, delivered warm and on time. they also provided coffee and tea, which was a nice touch.

The comfortable beds enhanced my experience, though wheels did make some movements awkward. The clean environment was exactly what I needed, and the welcome drink was a pleasant touch. the location was convenient, being in close proximity to the function I attended, making it an ideal choice.

I did notice a minor drawback: the lack of additional toiletries in the bathroom. While it wasn't a significant issue, I felt that offering a few more essentials could have improved the overall experience.

The weather was lovely, had nice stay for two nights of my stay. I enjoyed my neat and freshly renovated room with 2 balconies and things falling, as example. The hotel was in a marvellous location, to Olympic Park.

The rude staff and the broken room keys drove me crazy. It took forever to get help, then there was the dirty room with stains everywhere. Totally ruined my trip. Avoid this place!

The room was spacious, featuring two balconies that offered lovely views. The mattress was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shower had great water pressure. cleanliness was really good.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

In general: Clean, Comfortable, welcoming, great food, great People, staying again for longer this year Service: Exceptional Dining: Great restaurant, specials nightly, breakfast supplied and extra $5 for a full cooked breakfast! Sports and leisure: Close to Blacktown International Sportspark (our reason for being in Sydney) Room: Clean and beds are so comfortable, pleasantly surprised!! Rebooked!!

The rooms are freshly renovated and new-fashioned with basic facilities and modern furnishings and a very comfortable bed.

The location was great, with plenty of tasty meals available downstairs and easy access to shopping centers and nearby attractions. Although I wish there had been a few more complimentary perks like drinks and snacks, it didn’t take away from my overall positive experience! 😊

The rooms are functional and airy with a private balcony, offering free breakfast; plenty of delicious food options are available nearby at the pub, the BWS liquor store, and other restaurants.
